Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition:
• Identify and engage with potential clients for recruitment services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as HR managers, CEOs, and Directors.
• Business Development:
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the recruitment business.
• Create and execute plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Account Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their hiring needs are understood and met.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for repeat business.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
• Identify niche markets and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
• Proposal Development:
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and business pitches to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals effectively.
• Coordination with Recruitment Team:
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Provide client feedback to recruiters to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
• Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market insights.

Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
