We are looking for energetic Business Development Executive to join our team of healthcare!!!
Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Relevant certifications or courses in sales and business development are a plus.
• Experience: 2-3years proven experience as Business Development Executive
Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Dubai market and business environment is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements:
• Candidates with UAE Driving license is required.
• Fluency in English & Hindi is a must.
