Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients in the Facility Management and Labor Accommodation sectors.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and pipeline updates.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Facility Management or Labor Accommodation services in UAE
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
