Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the successful sale of products or services in hospitality sector.

Candidates with experience in the hospitality industry are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services to meet their needs.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals.
• Address client concerns and objections in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager or leadership team.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Market Intelligence:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions and market insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role in hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Industry-specific knowledge and experience.
• Valid UAE driving license
