Business Development Executive

Job Description

This role will focus on driving new business, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company's expansion in the facilities maintenance sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the maintenance industry.

1. Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

2. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media, etc.).

3. Develop strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

4. Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to develop accurate and competitive service proposals and quotes.

5. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).

6. Track and report on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and performance against targets.

Qualifications:

1. MBA in Marketing Management/Btech in Civil Engineering

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

3. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Candidate should be locally available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
