The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. With 1 year minimum experience in the sale of plastic raw materials and Filler Masterbatch in both local and export markets.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective clients

Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

Manage sales pipeline

Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages

Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Technical background in different types of Film machines, common issues on fillers, related issues, and ability to solve them on the spot with customers.

Payment collection and follow-up with customers for payment to ensure the company receives the payment on maturity dates.

Work hybrid and ability to travel

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with1+ years of experience in sales of plastic raw materials and Filler Masterbatch in both local and export markets.

Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

Strong negotiation skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Having a car is a must.

Knowledge of different types of bag film machines and common problems of filler issues.
