We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop strategies that align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients or partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to help identify new business opportunities.
Create and present tailored proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations to clients.
Lead negotiations and close new business deals in alignment with company policies.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that marketing strategies align with business development goals.
Gather and relay client feedback to improve products/services and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales forecasts, and progress toward targets.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of market research, customer needs, and sales strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM soft wares.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
Prior experiences in home appliances, electronic devices and consumer electronics categories.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
