Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably from the gifting industry, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving business targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate gifting sector.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their gifting needs and preferences.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Create tailored sales presentations and proposals that highlight our unique products and services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of gifts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in corporate gifting or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and understand their specific needs.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
