Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and adaptable Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team within a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building strategic partnerships, fostering relationships, and driving growth initiatives with speed, precision, and a keen eye for opportunities. You will be a key player in scaling the business and enhancing our market presence by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing partnerships that drive business growth and open new market opportunities.
• Business Growth Initiatives: Execute growth strategies with a focus on speed and precision, adapting quickly to changing market conditions.
• Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
• Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) to align on business goals and execute joint initiatives.
• Communication & Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates and reports on business development progress, including metrics, opportunities, and outcomes.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure consistent communication with partners and clients to maintain strong, productive relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a business development role, preferably within a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Languages: Native Arabic Speaker OR Native Spanish Speaker (one of these is required) with strong proficiency in English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy, collaboration, and professionalism.
• Learning & Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly, adapt to evolving environments, and implement effective strategies.
• Work Ethic & Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed, with an exceptional level of organization and attention to detail.
• Commitment to Growth: Proven track record of stability and success in a single venture, showing a deep commitment to personal and professional development.
