The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients interested in Forex trading. The role involves lead generation, relationship building, and achieving sales targets while providing professional guidance on the company's Forex products and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition and Lead Generation:
• Identify, approach, and onboard new retail and institutional clients.
• Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Follow up with leads to ensure successful account setup and trading activity.
• Sales and Relationship Management:
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster retention and repeat business.
• Educate clients on Forex trading benefits, company platforms, and market opportunities.
• Market Analysis and Client Guidance:
• Stay updated with Forex market trends, trading strategies, and competitive offerings.
• Provide insights and guidance to clients on trading tools, risk management, and account management.
• Reporting and Collaboration:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to deliver client success.
• Provide feedback on market trends, client requirements, and product improvements.
Key Requirements:
• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, Forex trading, or financial services.
• Previous experience in a Forex brokerage or similar financial role is highly preferred.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong understanding of Forex trading, financial markets, and trading platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to identify leads, convert prospects, and meet revenue targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
