Responsibilities:Generate business leads internally and externally.Minimum target to be achieved: Four times of CTC in profits.Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients worldwide.Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and market/negotiate offered services.Leverage company value proposition to expand customer base.Develop and maintain best business practices.Execute monthly executive summaries for C-level leadership.Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.Work cross-functionally to review pricing, market penetration and service KPIs.Responsible for accounts receivable as well as providing all documentation needed for claims resolution.Drive both revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals and modes.Create sales calendar, attend customer events and conduct annual business reviews.Clearly understand goals, policies and procedures of the companyRequired Skills:Proven communication, management, and leadership skillsPrevious experience working with contract management systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and power point presentations.Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.Ability to write routine reports, letters, and documents.Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
