POSITION PURPOSEThe Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a crucial role in client retention and relationship development. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the BDE will act as a strategic partner and advisor to clients, leveraging expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital engineering services. The primary objective is to build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction while proactively identifying collaborative opportunities that deliver mutual benefit. The BDE will contribute significantly to the overall growth and success of our business by strategically managing client accounts and fostering long-term partnerships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct intensive market research to expand the company\'s client base.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
Formulate strategic plans to enhance client relationships and foster business growth.
Develop compelling business proposals for both current and prospective clients.
Design and align company presentations to best practices in Account Management, ensuring presentations clearly convey the value of our BIM services.
Cultivate strong, effective relationships with clients, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients within the organization.
Provide detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on initiatives related to assigned clients, including project completion dates, Purchase Orders per project/consultant, contracts, and any extensions.
Meet client resource needs by understanding technical requirements.
Delegate tasks to the Talent Acquisition Lead for profile sourcing and, when necessary, evaluate profiles in coordination with the technical team.
Lead negotiations to secure long-term agreements with existing clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with company objectives.
Work towards achieving assigned annual sales and profit targets.
Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Take charge of invoicing and collection processes in collaboration with Finance Management and General Management, ensuring timely and accurate billing and effective collection.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of global and regional client strategies, aligning account management practices with the broader goals and strategies of clients.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
4-8 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, Account Manager, or in a similar sales role.
Advantageous to have a background in industries such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Aerospace & Defense, Technology, or Telecommunications.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel for data tracking and analysis.
Strong experience in delivering client-centric solutions tailored to their needs.
Proven capacity to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated, driven, and methodical with strong enthusiasm for business growth.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Skilled in listening, negotiation, and delivering engaging presentations.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a relevant field.
Valid driving license is required.
