We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company's customer base. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Fully understanding the functionality of the software, its features, benefits and limitations.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve company goals
• Generate sales exceeding monthly targets by meeting clients, presenting and making demo of the software, making price proposals, and closing contracts
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Supporting the onboarding process of clients and ensuring that they make full benefit of the software
• Monitor and report on sales activities and provide regular updates to management
• Record all the daily activities on hupspot.
• In depth knowledge of the UAE construction sector
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business development in the UAE
• Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the construction industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
