Identify potential clients, primarily real estate developers, property developers, and investors, and establish strong, long-term business relationships.
Present and promote Prime Owners Association Management Services LLC to potential clients, emphasizing our property management expertise and commitment to exceptional service.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the operations and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
Track and report sales performance and progress against targets.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on real estate developer or real estate services sales, with at least 3 years of experience.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate development industry, market dynamics, and trends.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to travel and attend industry events as needed.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
