Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Dubai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management in the visual merchandising fashion industry.
Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Business Development: Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Sales Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, providing accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Industry Engagement: Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
• New Business Development and Lead Generation: Proven track record in identifying and acquiring new clients.
• Business Acumen and Communication: Strong understanding of business principles and excellent communication skills.
• Account Management: Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
• Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Networking and Relationship Building: Excellent networking skills and the ability to establish strong relationships.
• Presentation and Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
• Visual Merchandising (Optional): Knowledge of visual merchandising concepts is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales CRM software is a plus.
• Mobility: Valid UAE driving license and preferably own car.
Compensation:
• Base Salary Range of AED 4,000/- to AED 6,000/-.
• Plus, Commission-based earning potential.
