Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our UAE team. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, a background in security guarding or commercial cleaning, and a solid understanding of the UAE market. This role demands flexibility with working hours and a strong commitment to achieving business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market trends within the security and commercial cleaning sectors.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns.

Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years UAE driving experience with a valid UAE driving license.

At least 2 years of experience in a security guarding or commercial cleaning company.

Demonstrated success in sales and business development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
