We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
• Identifying New Business Opportunities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
• Analyze market conditions and competitors to create strategies for entering new markets or increasing share in existing markets.
• Use various tools and platforms (such as CRM software, databases, and networking events) to source potential leads.
• Lead Generation:
• Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition, focusing on expanding the customer base.
• Actively reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events.
• Nurturing leads, setting up meetings, delivering presentations, and closing deals.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing personalized solutions, and offering after-sales support.
• Act as the key point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring regular communication and follow-ups to foster trust and loyalty.
• Address client feedback and work on resolving any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Negotiation & Contract Management:
• Negotiate terms of agreements and pricing with prospective clients, ensuring that both the company and client receive value from the partnership.
• Draft proposals, contracts, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with the company's policies and legal requirements.
• Review and manage contracts to ensure the company's interests are safeguarded.
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute business development strategies and plans that align with the company's long-term goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to create synergies that support business growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of business development strategies, adjusting them as necessary based on performance metrics and market feedback.
• Market Expansion & Partnerships:
• Explore and identify new geographic regions, industries, or customer segments that could benefit from the company's products or services.
• Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with other organizations to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand visibility and connect with potential clients and partners.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Maintain accurate records of activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights for senior management.
• Identify areas for improvement, and inform future planning.

8. Experiences
• Minimum of 2 years UAE experience in business development, or a related field, preferably within the same industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
