W3Torch Digital Agency is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is suited for a self-driven professional who thrives in a flexible work environment and is excited by the potential of earning through an attractive commission-based structure.

You will focus on expanding our client base by promoting our range of digital services including web development, app development, AI/ML solutions, and digital marketing. You'll have the opportunity to manage your own time and workload while being part of a dynamic team in a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients in various industries.
• Present and promote our services to prospective clients, answering their queries.
• Negotiate and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus.
