We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our client\'s team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our full range of cargo and logistics services.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet business targets and increase revenue.
Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Promote the companys full range of services, including air freight, sea freight, land freight, customs clearance, and 3PL warehousing.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their logistics requirements.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the logistics, freight forwarding, or cargo services industry.
Strong understanding of air, sea, and land freight services, along with customs clearance and 3PL warehousing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
