Process Optimization: Analyze and evaluate current workflow processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, gather relevant market-related information, and provide insights to the team.
Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between key BSCs/Corporates and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Traffic Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic and engagement with potential clients.
Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and detailed monthly sales and service forecasts, along with regular updates and reports on performance metrics.
Required Competencies:
Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly within the business setup industry, is a significant advantage.
Analytical Skills: Strong intellectual and analytical abilities to assess processes and market data effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on meeting commitments and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
Experience in dealing with Corporates and Business Setup Companies (BSCs) is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the healthcare or medical services sector is a plus.
