Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the accounting and bookkeeping sector.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to promote the company's services.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback and insights to the management team to improve service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the accounting and bookkeeping industry.
• Proven experience and knowledge of the UAE market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
