The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts for our landscape design services. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the landscape design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, presenting our services, and providing customized solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our design capabilities and the benefits of our services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the landscape design or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
