: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in real estate and property management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate sector and possess a graduate certificate in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate and property management markets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential clients and partners.
• Monitor and report on business development activities and performance metrics.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business networks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate and property management industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property management practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• business development executive in real estate: 5 years (Preferred)
