Job Description

Position Overview: Brandxb is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our client base by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of digital marketing and brand development services.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
• Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.

Brand Promotion:

• Promote Brandxb's services, including website design and development, social media management, Google Ads, video advertisements, brand development, and franchise development.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Manage the contract process, ensuring all agreements are legally sound and aligned with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the digital marketing or branding industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:
