• Explore and secure collaboration opportunities with like-minded companies, enhancing client's service offerings and expanding market reach.
• Stay updated with the industry trends and government regulations to anticipate market needs and pivot strategies accordingly.
• Articulate value propositions with clarity and enthusiasm, ensuring brand stands out in every interaction.
• Drive the entire sales process with a strategic mindset, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Engage in continuous learning about UAV technology and services to remain a knowledgeable resource for clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of enterprise drones and solutions.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, analyzing sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, webinars, and public speaking engagements to promote our products and network with potential clients.
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in business development for 2-3 years within the UAE, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and engage a variety of stakeholders.
• A proactive approach, ready to take on challenges with enthusiasm and perseverance.
• Independent worker with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Tech-savvy, with an eagerness to stay informed about the UAV industry and related technological advancements.
• Proficient in leveraging CRM systems and office software to streamline and document business processes.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
