Job Description

• Identify Potential Suppliers: Research and identify potential suppliers that align with the company's product needs and quality standards.
• Develop Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable agreements for the company.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, supplier capabilities, and competitor activities.
• Supplier Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring they meet all regulatory and company-specific requirements.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms and quality standards. Address any issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless integration of new suppliers.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on supplier acquisition progress and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, supplier management, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
