Job Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, managing leads, scheduling meetings, and achieving target-based goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products/services.
• Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a high level of call activity including a set number of calls per day to achieve targets.
• Lead Management:
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure they are entered into the CRM system.
• Maintain and update accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM.
• Meeting Scheduling:
• Schedule meetings with potential clients for the sales team.
• Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring a smooth meeting experience.
• Prepare and send meeting agendas, reminders, and follow-up emails.
• Target-Based Work:
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as defined by the company.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on progress towards targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Stay updated with competitors' activities and market developments.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts and optimize lead generation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and pitches.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
