We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of experience in the Facility Management sector, specifically in cleaning services. A UAE driving license and proficiency in Arabic are additional benefits that will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Client Acquisition: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base in the cleaning services sector.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth by identifying and closing new business deals.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, sales presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and establish valuable connections.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to the senior management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in business development within the Facility Management sector, with a specialization in cleaning services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and business landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• UAE driving license (is a plus).
• Proficiency in Arabic (is a plus).

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
