Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

2. Conduct client prospecting.

3. Identify and qualify sales leads.

4. Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential clients.

5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations.

6. Conduct market research.

7. Negotiate contracts and close deals.

8. Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

9. Report on sales performance and forecasts.

10. Achieve sales targets and objectives.

11.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

12.Collaborate with the Management to align sales strategies.

13.Stay informed and updated about market and industry trends and competitor activities.

14. Communicate effectively with clients.Manage client relationships and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

15. Provide evolution and reporting at the end of each sale.Prepare weekly reports to the Management on sales performance and forecasts.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, specifically within the marketing services sector.

•Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to identify and qualify sales leads effectively.

• Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Ability to conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Ability to work independently in-house on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in sales (Required).

• Languages: English required

• Work experience in a Marketing agency (Preferred).

•UAE Driving license is Mandatory
