Job Description

The IT Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's client base within the IT industry. This role requires a deep understanding of technology trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to forge strong client relationships. The executive will identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to enhance market presence, and work closely with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging technology trends, and potential clients within the IT sector.
• Analyze competitors' strategies, market conditions, and industry developments to inform business growth strategies.
• Lead Generation and Networking:
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts within the IT industry to identify potential business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Proposal Development and Presentation:
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the company's IT solutions and services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and aligned with client requirements.
• Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market share.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals and partnerships.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
• Provide feedback from clients and market insights to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, detailing business development efforts and achievements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms for the company.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop strategies accordingly.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Working Conditions:

• This role may require travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company at various functions.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate client needs and time zone differences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
