We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing market share.
Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect potential clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing , to develop effective business development strategies
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close business deals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the [Construction industry]
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Utilize social media networks such as LinkedIn and other sites to engage clients.

Education and Experience:
• Prior experience in Construction Field preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in business development .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
