BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (2nos) : Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Recruitment & Manpower Outsourcing for different industries. 2. Identify new sales leads and generating business from multinational companies and small medium enterprises to achieve targets. 3. Generating new leads by means of cold calls, door to door marketing, attending exhibitions, and seeking reference from existing clients. 4. Responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets through market research, and analyzing business opportunities. 5.Making sales calls/client visit/attending meetings and presentations 6. Developing a good understanding of the customer needs and the vertical market. 7. Send proposals to the clients, get contract signed and maintaining yearly renewals. 8. Develop solutions to satisfy prospective customer need. 9. Contributing to grow market share. 10. Generating a strong business/sales pipeline. 11. Ensure service satisfaction of client and candidate and ensuring that business is growing and retaining existing accounts. 12. Follow up on the payments/collection and ensuring that they are received on time. 13. Meet targets as per company norms. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Degree holder (attested) 2. 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience on same role and industry, preferred 3. With valid UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license 4. Proficient in English writing and speaking 5. Knowledgeable in MS, Outlook and CRM 6. Salary AED 7K-8K (experience based) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
