We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and enhancing our market presence. Key Responsibilities:Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic planning.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company\'s customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
Follow up on leads, close deals, and ensure the successful onboarding of new clients.
Networking and Brand Promotion:
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Promote the company\'s services and enhance its visibility in the market through various marketing and PR activities.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to the management team.
Qualifications:
Must be a member of RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor).
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate or property evaluation sector.
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
