Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business leads and driving growth in the LED digital signage industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote OREX LED\xe2\x80\x99s products.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the LED digital signage or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, market research, and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Sales: 2 years (Required)
- Business Developments: 2 years (Required)
- LED Digital Signage: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driving License (Required)
