- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the UAE job consultancy sector through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Engaging with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs and offering customized solutions to address them effectively.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand Ahlam Jobs\' market presence in the UAE.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR professionals, hiring managers, and business owners.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and exceed client expectations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a Business Development Executive role within the job consultancy industry, with a strong understanding of the UAE market.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth, meeting sales targets, and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
