This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Sales and involves driving enterprise business in Pharma and Medical Devices. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, a consistent performer, and able to work under tight time frames. Key Responsibilities: Meet the sales and revenue objectives of new and existing customers in the same industry. Analyze and provide relevant feedback on competitor products and services. Conduct regular client visits for relationship building. Achieve budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards. Possess excellent communication skills in an internationally and culturally diverse environment, with the ability to challenge the status quo. Manage a designated portfolio of customer relationships to identify and address customer needs, ensuring that the overall service provided is in line with customer expectations and the terms of the service offer. Prepare customer/sales plans to ensure each relationship is managed according to the customer's needs and potential, regularly reviewing the customer portfolio to assess future needs. Visit business areas to introduce the services and secure clients. Make calls to different companies, inquire about providing related services, and generate leads. Conduct meetings with interested clients and deliver presentations. Arrange meetings between clients and the company's consultants to understand the actual client's needs. Make proposals for interested clients, with the help of existing qualified teams. Develop new business opportunities to meet trends. Implement strategic sales plans and conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates. Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends. Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate. Job Requirements: 2-3 years of working experience in Dubai in the same industry (continuous Medical Education/healthcare events & conferences/medical sector).
