Proposal Development: Work closely with the project management team to understand the organization\'s capabilities and strengths. Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the client\'s needs and requirements. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Market Positioning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization\'s market position and visibility. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, preferably in a project management or professional services environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
