DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Business Development Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
- Secure new customers and maintain existing accounts
- Integrate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly or monthly sales meetings
- Meet or exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating gross profit
- Initiate dialogue with key decision makers on services and draft a business development strategy
- Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance
- Develop new revenue streams
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
- Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or any business related course
- Must have a minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in forwarding/logistics company
- Must have good knowledge of the forwarding/logistics market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong experience in selling sea and airfreight services
- Good managerial and leadership skills
- Must have a good command of written and spoken English
- Strong business development skills
- Must have an extrovert personality combined with strong relationship building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Must be able to work with Ms Office suite
- Female candidates are required
- Candidates with a valid UAE driving license will have an added advantage
