The ideal candidate will possess a recognised bachelor\'s degree, coupled with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Key attributes include proactive initiative, strong commercial and technical skills, and a results-driven approach. Proficiency in English is essential, with fluency in Persian and/or Turkish considered advantageous.
