We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Executive for our client in the CRM Solutions Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, and ensuring the success of the sales efforts. You will work closely with the clients customers to understand their needs and align the CRM solutions with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Work closely with our marketing team to generate leads, build brand awareness, and promote our solutions.
• Collaborate with our product and development teams to identify new opportunities and address customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to our management team on sales performance and forecasts.
• Continually evaluate and improve our sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships, generate leads, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the CRM or software industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of driving sales revenue and exceeding targets.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Familiarity with Zoho is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
