Sales Executive

Reporting To: CEO

:

As a Sales Executive at Zopreneurs, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for lead generation, discovery calls, demos, sending proposals as well as negotiation, follow ups potential customers and closing sales opportunities related to our Zoho implementation services. This role requires a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, networking events, and referrals.

- Qualify leads to determine their fit for Zopreneurs' services.

2. Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling:

- Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our Zoho implementation services.

- Understand clients' specific needs and challenges, and tailor solutions to address their requirements effectively.

3. Pipeline Management:

- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through the sales cycle and follow up with these opportunities to enhance revenue.

-Send convincing sales proposal that showcase value of the CRM solution.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

4. Negotiation and Closing:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to secure new business.

- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

- Foster long-term client relationships by providing exceptional post-sale support and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.

6. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

- Provide feedback and insights to the team to improve service offerings.

7. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the Zopreneurs team, including solution architects and project managers, to ensure seamless project handovers and successful implementations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Preferred track record of sales success, ideally in selling software or technology solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-driven, highly motivated, and target-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Zoho CRM.

- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

KPI's:

You will be evaluated on the below KPI's as well:

Daily KPI - 3 Client Revenue Generation Meetings (can include old & new) - This could be demo's or discovery calls.

Weekly KPI - Attend 3 networking events (4 potential contacts per event)

Monthly KPI - Visit all Referral Partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• business development executive: 1 year (Preferred)
