As a Business Development Executive specializing in the Chemical/Oil and Gas industry, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include: Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the Chemical/Oil and Gas sector.
  • Analyzing competitor activities, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to formulate strategic business plans.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prospecting and acquiring new clients through targeted outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.
Sales Strategy Development:
  • Collaborating with the sales team and senior management to develop effective sales strategies and set achievable revenue targets.
  • Creating compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to the specific needs of clients in the Chemical/Oil and Gas industry.
Project Coordination:
  • Working closely with internal teams such as R&D, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of products/services.
  • Monitoring project milestones, budgets, and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Expansion:
  • Identifying new market segments, geographies, and industry verticals for potential business expansion and diversification.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the Chemical/Oil and Gas industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, products, technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and market research tools.
