As a Business Development Executive specializing in PRO (Public Relations Officer) services, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the PRO services domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Analyze market dynamics and regulatory changes affecting PRO services.
• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
• Understand client needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Proposal Development:
• Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling and customized proposals that address client requirements.
• Present proposals to clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of the PRO services.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Close deals and achieve revenue targets within specified timelines.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with internal departments such as legal, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide feedback from clients to enhance and improve services.
• Stay Informed on Regulatory Changes:
• Stay updated on changes in local and national regulations that may impact PRO services.
• Provide insights to clients on compliance requirements and potential challenges.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the PRO services sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
