Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive for Broker Relations is responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager in managing relationships with real estate brokers. This role involves executing broker engagement strategies, maintaining communication with brokers, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The goal is to help drive sales through broker channels by effectively managing broker relations and ensuring they have the necessary tools and information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Broker Engagement Support :
• Assist in identifying and targeting potential brokers to expand the company's network.
• Help organize and coordinate broker engagement events such as presentations, seminars, and site visits.
• Maintain regular communication with brokers to provide updates on new projects, promotions, and other relevant information.
• Administrative and Operational Support :
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials, project information, and other resources to brokers.
• Manage broker agreements, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Track broker performance and compile reports for the Business Development Manager.
• Training and Assistance :
• Support the delivery of training sessions for brokers on the developer's projects and sales techniques.
• Provide ongoing assistance to brokers, addressing their inquiries and helping resolve any issues.
• Ensure that brokers have access to the latest project information and promotional materials.
• Market Research and Reporting :
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the real estate market.
• Assist in analyzing broker sales data and preparing reports for senior management.
• Monitor market conditions and provide insights to the Business Development Manager.
• Compliance and Documentation :
• Ensure that all broker agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in managing contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Maintain organized records of broker agreements, communications, and performance metrics.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams :
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure alignment with broker strategies.
• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of broker commissions.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on broker and customer insights.
Qualifications:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience : 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or broker relations.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of the real estate market and brokerage industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
