As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and nurturing client relationships within the Dubai market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Client Acquisition:
• Actively source and identify potential clients in the Dubai market, focusing on companies that require recruitment services from India.
• Develop and execute effective business development strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client organizations.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and proposals to showcase our recruitment services and value proposition.
• Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Proactively manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand clients' specific recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
• Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
• Business Development:
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics in the Dubai recruitment sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and explore potential partnerships.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Analyze market data and prepare regular reports on business performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai job market and recruitment landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools.
• Fluency in English is essential.
