Technobits L.L.C-FZ is part of Evol Technobits Digital Pvt Ltd, a leading IT solutions provider in India. We seek a skilled Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in IT sales or business development to join our Dubai team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for our IT services.

### Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and opportunities in the IT domain.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
• Collaborate with the India team for service delivery and project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
• Participate in networking events and industry forums to expand business connections.

### Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of IT services, software, or solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (additional languages like Hindi or Arabic are a plus).
