German Tech Motors LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue for our automotive workshop.

Key responsibility:

Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new business and expand the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, insurance companies, and corporate clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities. Collaborate with the service team to align sales strategies with workshop capabilities. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages to clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and client retention strategies. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Requirement:

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive services, repairs, and workshop operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
