• Manage and own all aspects of the sales process:
• Offering knowledge: have decent understanding of company offerings.
• Prospecting: actively looking for new potential clients
• Approach: reaching out to potential customers with various techniques
• Qualifying: evaluate the opportunities before taking to the next step
• Proposal Development: develop proposals with assistance from technical and estimation teams.
• The Close: lead the negotiation process and close the deal.
• Follow up: keep in touch with client during execution and even afterward to ensure a better client relationship.
• Be responsible for payment collections.
Skills and qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related fields
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in sales within the UAE construction industry
• Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Must be an Arabic Speaker
