We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the facilities service industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Services, with proven success in building and maintaining client relationships. They will be responsible for driving new business, managing a sales pipeline, and ensuring consistent growth within the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing.
Analyze market trends to identify competitive advantages and opportunities for growth.
Track sales metrics and ensure that targets are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the facilities service for AMC.
Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
