Our team is dedicated to providing innovative recruitment solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients, ensuring mutual success and growth. :As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of Altawiz HR Consultancy by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the UAE market. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their business objectives, organizational culture, and specific talent requirements.
Develop and present comprehensive recruitment proposals and solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of Altawiz HR Consultancy.
Negotiate terms and conditions of recruitment contracts, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and company objectives.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to strategize and execute on client requirements, providing necessary insights and guidance throughout the process.
Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Represent Altawiz HR Consultancy at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, client interactions, and market insights to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment industry, preferably in the UAE market.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build rapport effectively.
Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or any other languages is a plus.
